The best time to visit Satpura National Park is from Oct till June.
However, each and every month and season offers an unique experience in itself.
Oct – Feb : The onset of winter attracts huge numbers of migratory birds and Denwa is the perfect backdrop of their habitat. The forest is lush green and flora and fauna is abundant.
This is also the perfect time to explore the forests on foot (jungle walk) as well as avail the speed boat and the anoe ride as Denwa is in it’s full glory.
March – June : Summers start approaching. The migratory birds start flying off & the Denwa river starts drying off too. However, yhis is also the best time to view wildlife while availing the safari. A near guarantee of leopard & sloth bears sightings are assured.
